Serving as joint Architect-of-Record in collaboration with Clark & Enersen for this Public/Private Partnership, RossTarrant Architects worked as part of a large development team to deliver this high-tech, research incubator facility on the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Park campus. Designed to attract and support fledgling technology-based companies, the project includes wet and dry laboratories, office and administrative spaces and other support facilities. Space is adaptable to accommodate a variety of tenants and provides an optimal environment for UK researchers to achieve their visions.

Additionally, this facility serves as the home of Kentucky Technology Inc., a for-profit entity affiliated with the University of Kentucky’s Research Foundation.
