The University of Louisville worked with Aramark and RossTarrant Architects to transform its dining facilities across their fcampuses. At the Belknap Campus, the addition of three “Provisions on Demand” grab-and-go stations are providing students with better access to a variety of options. To meet immediate demand, a temporary Chick-fil-A and Greens to Go are serving students while permanent locations are under construction in the Student Activities Center. Additional retail options are located across campus including a Starbucks, Panda Express and Twisted Taco. In the Student Activities Center, a new “Marketplace” dining venue provides a wide range of dining options for students, staff and faculty. A totally refreshed “Ville Grille,” provides a residential dining option in close proximity to residence halls. On the Health Sciences Center campus, Starbucks and Au Bon Pain provide convenient eat-in dining and grab-and-go options.
