The renovation completed in the Villa Madonna Academy historic 1906 Center Building enhances campus accessibility with a new elevator and interior ramp system that connects buildings across varying floor elevations. The project also introduces a dedicated STEM wing with modernized science classrooms and a relocated makerspace. The renovated lower level will provide a new home for the school’s Montessori program, which was previously located in a separate building. Selective renovations to the upper will create state-of-the-art classrooms and a new office suite for administrative staff.
