Honoring Leadership, Service, and Impact

As Managing Principal of MOREgroup’s Kentucky office, Jeff centers his practice around the belief that leadership is a form of service. This philosophy, also applied to his work within the AIA, motivates him to serve others while cultivating leadership skills at all levels of the profession.

Jeff’s service and leadership has created a lasting impact on the profession of architecture. He has founded and championed critical leadership programs, including the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program of Kentucky and the ACE Mentorship Program of the Bluegrass. These programs have established a pipeline of diverse future leaders. As a key contributor to the Strategic Council and Secretary’s Advisory Committee, Jeff’s work has been instrumental in creating a more efficient, diverse, and equitable AIA, shaping how the Institute serves its members.

Jeff has also received the AIA Louise Blanchard Bethune Fellowship (2020) and AIA Kentucky’s C. Julian Oberwarth Gold Medal (2025) and the Distinguished Service Award (2018).

Jeff’s recognition as FAIA is not only a fantastic personal achievement. It is a proud moment for our entire firm and for the Kentucky architectural community.

We are incredibly proud of Jeff for these well-deserved honors and deeply grateful for his continued leadership, dedication, and passion for architecture.
